What does MemFee do?

MemFee provides everything you need to create private, premium communities on Discord or Telegram, by automating movement of members in and out. Once a user subscribes to your channel, they’ll be automatically invited or added to your community. If they stop paying, they will be removed instantly.

How do my users join & pay?

Upon registration, MemFee generates unique URL for your channel. Simply share it on your social media and your users will instantly be able join and to pay via BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card or any other method payment supported in their country. All transactions are administered using the Stripe platform.

How do my users cancel subscription?

Your users can track their subscription status on your channel generated URL, which they used to join your channel. They can cancel it anytime they want. They will stay in your channel until the end of current billing period. In case of any disputes you also have a chance to make a refund.

What happens to members who stop paying?

If a member of your community stops paying, or their credit card charge attempt fails multiple times – MemFee will remove them automatically!
