MemFee & Discord getting started

Connect Discord to MemFee, authorize the bot, link Stripe, set up paid products, and share your community purchase page with members.

Sign in with Discord

Start by logging into MemFee with Discord and authorizing MemFee to manage the server you want to monetize.

Choose the Discord sign-in option

Open admin.memfee.com and select Continue with Discord.

Select your Discord server and authorize permissions

Choose the server you want to manage with MemFee, then confirm the requested permissions, including role management and member moderation permissions.

Connect Stripe

Link your Stripe account so you can receive payments from customers. For each Telegram or Discord variant, use a separate account or sub-account.

Create and paste your Stripe API key

Open Stripe API keys, create a secret key, copy the generated key, paste it into MemFee, and submit it.

Add your server information

Complete the information customers will see before they purchase access to your Discord server.

Fill out your community details

Add your website description, social links, privacy policy, terms and conditions, and server description.

Go Premium

Activate Premium before receiving payments and managing paid access.

Start the Premium trial

Open billing, choose Premium, and start your trial to unlock paid server management.

Check the MemFee bot role

Make sure the MemFee bot role is positioned correctly in Discord so MemFee can assign the role attached to purchased products.

Move the MemFee bot role to the top

In Discord server settings, confirm the MemFee role sits above the roles that MemFee needs to manage.

This is required because Discord bots can only manage roles lower than their own highest role.

Create products for your customers

Define the Discord access products your members can buy. MemFee accepts PLN, EUR, and USD.

Set pricing and access rules

Click Add product, configure the offer, and attach the Discord role customers should receive after purchase.

  • Charging type: subscription or single payment.
  • Tax behavior: no tax, net VAT included in price, or VAT added on top of net value.
  • Trial period: optional for subscription mode.

Enable payments and share your page

Turn payments on, copy your MemFee website link, and share it with your Discord community.

Use the Enable payments control in the MemFee dashboard when your products are ready.

Share the link with members

Copy the website link from MemFee and share it with members. After customers sign in, purchase a product, and complete subscription setup, MemFee automatically assigns the Discord role you added to the product.

All set - once payments are enabled and the link is shared, MemFee can handle paid Discord role access automatically.
